U Matters

What a week it was! Attendance records shattered in worship, an all-church BBQ, and a baptism at Oasis! It felt like a church family reunion.

Speaking of reunions, all six Andersons will meet up this week in the US and participate in a gathering of Holly's family. I look forward to fun with family but I can't wait to get back to see what else the Lord has in store for this wonderful congregation.

This week Pastor Matthew begins a series on Genesis and Pastor Michele will baptise yet another group of disciples eager to follow their Lord into baptism. It should be another Sunday to remember.

Building Union for the Future - U Matters!

Eight working groups are currently being established to move the redevelopment project forward. Your expertise and enthusiasm is needed on these groups. Please prayerfully consider where you could serve.

The Design team has worked hard to come up with an improved version of the new church design and we aim to share the renderings in July. We will need to submit this to the Buildings Department and pray that we get approval to make these changes to our approved plans.

Our immediate next steps are identified below. This timeline is dependent on several external factors which we continue to work on. However, we must remain mindful of the Lord's plan for Union. "We can make our plans, but the LORD determines our steps." Proverbs 16:9
