Please pardon our dust--and tree branches-- as we prepare for a new church year together. The property committee has been busy all summer fixing the entrance, sprucing up the fellowship hall, building Pastor Marybeth an office, and creating the "Upper Room."

Come and ask all your “questions of life” at Alpha. It is a low-key, friendly and fun way to explore the Christian faith. Millions of people all over the world have attended an Alpha Course.

Recovering from Divorce and Separation Course

Starting Thursday 18 September, this is a practical and supportive course, giving any separated or divorced person an opportunity to discuss the challenges they are facing and the tools to deal with these effectively. This course is conducted by people who understand the pain caused by divorce or separation, and is for any person who is currently going through this pain or has been separated or divorced in the past.

If you are interested in becoming a member of Union Church or gaining more information, please join the Deacons for a luncheon next Sunday, August 31 at 12:30 PM in the upper annex.

Adult Christian Education

“Becoming A Disciple – In the Dust of the Rabbi” will begin Sunday, September 7 at 11:15 AM. The 9:30 course has just started. Join the discovery of what it means to have such an intimacy with Jesus that you take on his ways and character.
