stART Retreat

The stART Retreat is now full.
The Creativity Ministry has organised the two-day stART Retreat for you to experience God in new ways, being immersively present using art as a companion. This year the theme is 'awake my SOUL!' Come make things with your hands, see things in new ways, capture moments + create something new!
This retreat is designed to take you on a creative journey to look, feel, experience + create using the disciplines of awareness, waiting + prayer as tools to help you be present with GOD.
After all, God is creative! Let’s celebrate being creative with HIM!
21-22 april 2023
Heritage Lodge
Kowloon
4:00pm Friday, 21 April - 5:00pm Saturday, 22 April 2023.
Each person will have their own private room with bath at the Heritage Lodge. Price includes dinner Friday, Saturday breakfast, Saturday lunch, private accommodation + supplies.
We do ask that you bring:
- a magazine(s)
- shoe box
- glue stick
We will provide the rest!
The cost is $1,500. You may pay by cash (church office or Welcome Desk on Sundays), cheque (payable to "Union Church" with stART Retreat on the back), or pay online (designate to stART Retreat). The deadline for payment is 9 April. Scholarships are available. Enquire with Juliana.
