Sunday afternoon Holly and I were in a taxi that broke down on the motorway just short of Shatin. Tuesday evening a lost 40M bus crashed into the Peak Tram bridge over Kennedy, closing down the tram for a day. We expect the vehicles we take to get us to our destination safely. We take transportation for granted. This week I learned we do so at our peril.

We tend to take churches for granted. But churches break down and get lost. Please pray for Union as we make plans for our future and as we keep transporting people on their exciting faith journey. Let's not take this wonderful church for granted as we grow together and grow in Christ.

He has degrees from Wheaton, Princeton Seminary, Yale University, and the University of Minnesota. Greg has been married to and besotted by Holly for 29 years. They have four children: Lindsey a chemical engineer in Boston, Andrew a banker in London, Jamie an actor in LA, and John a student at Hong Kong University. Greg has a passion for preaching, evangelism, teaching, church growth, and equipping people for ministry in the marketplace. He gets teased for quoting C S Lewis too often and having a staff so stunning that people wonder what there is left for him to do. He collects and even reads books, watches baseball on the internet, and thanks God daily for the opportunity to serve with such an amazing congregation.
