U Matters

This Sunday we celebrate Union’s partnership with Faith Comes By Hearing (FCBH) and the Foursquare Children of Promise (FCOP). Sending audio Bibles around the world and caring for orphans in Cambodia have touched the hearts and pocketbooks of Union people. Your support of these two organisations has brought the Jesus Christ to an astonishing number of people.

Our friends at Mother’s Choice tell me that this Sunday is Orphan Sunday. Who better than Ted Olbrich,Director of FCOP, to talk about a Christian response to the parentless child!

We welcome Troy to our pulpit at 9:30AM and 11:00AM services. He is Vice President of Faith Comes by Hearing.

'The Twin Peaks- Romans and Hebrews'
Theologians such as Augustine, Luther, Calvin, Barth, and Stott regard Romans as the clearest explanation of the Gospel, the Everest of Paul's writings, and the tinder of reformation.  Hebrews is an appeal to endure.  How?  Who wrote the anonymous, mysterious letter 'to the Hebrews'?  Does Romans 9 justify predestination?  Join us, ask questions, and seek Christ in these epic epistles.

The message of our Christmas Musical will be of “Hope”, which is in Christ Jesus. "For God so loved the world that He gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life,” John 3:16.  It will be meaningful, family orientated and filled with lots of fun scenes for all to enjoy. We invite all children from ages 3-10 years old to join us and be a part of this magical time of the year. Let us share the great news of Jesus’ birth for all to hear.
