Recruitment for 2026 Good Friday Cantata Choir Members

Thank you for your interest in singing for the 2026 Good Friday Cantata Choir Members.
Recruitment is open from 23 November, 2025 (Sunday) to 14 December (Sunday) by 10pm, and rehearsals will commence on 2026.01.04 (Sunday).
Audition is not necessary; however, experience of sight-singing and/or choral singing is beneficial.
Music scores and supplies including practice soundtracks will be provided on 2026. 01.04 (Sunday) at the 11:20am rehearsal.

Important Information
Rehearsals @ 2/F Chapel
Every Wednesday: 7:45pm–8:45pm (sectional and joint practice)
Every Sunday: 11:20am-12:00pm (joint practice)
- If a choir member must be absent from any rehearsals, they are encouraged to tell their section leaders in a timely manner.
Attendance Policy
- Singers are encouraged and expected to attend practices regularly in order to prepare for the Cantata.
- A minimum of 8 out of 23 rehearsals (Sunday and/or Wednesday) from January 4 to March 8 are mandatory, and 1 out of 3 run-through rehearsals (including the final rehearsal) are also expected for all singers if they wish to take part in the Cantata.
- Attendance records will be updated and sent out in the group chat for reference on a weekly basis.
