Host university students for Mid-Autumn Festival 2025!

Every year thousands of international students come to Hong Kong to pursue higher education and better quality of life. During their 4+ years in Hong Kong, most of them never have an opportunity to be invited into a home.
International students often stay in the city during the major holidays like Chinese New Year, Easter and Christmas. Why not invite some students into your home this Mid-Autumn Festival to share a meal together? It’s a great opportunity for you to build friendship, learn about foreign cultures and help international students experience the love, acceptance and hospitality that Christ has shown us.
Expectations of a host:- After being matched with the students, the host must initiate contact with their international student guests and invite them to a meal
- Host one or more (ideally at least 2) international students for a meal between 3 -7 October
- Keep in mind their dietary restrictions while planning the meal/choosing a restaurant
- Be able to converse with student(s) in English
