Friends for Christmas 2025: Host International University Students

Be a host this Christmas and make a difference! Every year, thousands of international university students come to Hong Kong, yet many never get the chance to experience the warmth of a home during the holidays. By inviting international students for meals, you can share the joy of the season, learn about diverse cultures, and extend the love and hospitality that Christ has shown us. 

Expectations of a host:

• After being matched with the students, the host must initiate contact with their international student guests and invite them to a meal
•  Host one or more (ideally at least 2) international students for a Christmas meal between 14-28 December.
• Keep in mind their dietary restrictions while planning the meal/choosing a restaurant
• Be able to converse with student(s) in English
