Pray Until Something Happens - this weeks prayer items...
- Give praise for small (and big!) healing mercies appearing around us. Continue to lift up those who are unwell.
- The Lord is close to the brokenhearted. Pray for several Union Church members who have recently lost a loved one. Please remember them before the Lord. Specifically pray for Deacon Ken Morrison and his family. Ken's mother (Joyce) passed away this week. Pray also for the family of Herman Lindeyer. Herman passed away this past week. Herman was a Union Church member from 1982-1996, including serving on COM as the Honourable Treasurer and was also a Union Church Deacon.
- Pray for the Alpha Course Introductory Dinner being held on Wednesday, 28 September. Pray for people to consider joining the Alpha Course or the many other opportunities at Union Church.
- Pray for those in need, that the Lord will fulfill their needs and they might find comfort in their circumstances.
- Pray for wisdom among global leaders and easing of conflict in various war zones around the planet. Pray for missionaries as they do the Lord's work in these difficult areas.
