Prayer Until Something Happens - this week's prayer items...
- In the Third week of Advent, pray that people listen to the good news of The Gospel. Pray that each of us ask the Lord to free us from the things in this world that let us hide from Him. Pray for each of us to prepare our hearts to be open and able to receive the Lord's immense love.
- Pray that people remember the birth of Jesus in a way that all share in the song of the angels, the gladness of the shepherds, and worship of the wise men.
- Pray for closing the door of hate and opening the door of love all over the world. Pray that kindness comes with every gift and good desires with every greeting. Pray against evil by the blessing which Christ brings, and pray people are merry with clear hearts.
- As people begin to travel during the Christmas season, pray for safe, unhindered travel and joyful reunions with friends and family. Pray for those who may be alone during Christmas ~ pray that they find fellowship in unusual, joyful places.
