What an Easter it was! Thanks to the great staff, the amazing choir, and the ushers who were able to shoehorn everyone into the sanctuary. It’s a week after Easter but Easter is never over. We need a constant reminder that death is not the final word and the empty tomb fills us with hope and anticipation. This week I have been back in the US visiting my parents. My mother’s cancer is raging and the prognosis is grim. We spent time together, we remembered, we laughed, we cried. Life is so precious. For the Christian life does not end at death.
