Dr Lee is also the Founder and President of East-West Institute HK Ltd. and the voluntary pastor of Faith Community Church in Hong Kong.  Rev Dr Lee holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Swarthmore College, a Master in Education degree from Harvard University, a Master of Arts in theological studies degree from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary and an Honorary Doctorate degree in business management.  In 2006 Doctor Lee received the World Outstanding Chinese Award by Armstrong University, US and The Most Entrepreneurial Spirit Award by Capital Magazine, Hong Kong in 2005.
